We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to step into a key client-facing role and take ownership of a large, active enterprise engagement.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility opportunity to lead complex work, partner closely with a respected client, and help drive initiatives that truly matter to their business.

What You'll DoYou'll take ownership of a large, established Life & Annuity enterprise client engagement and serve as a trusted partner across the organization.

You'll work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure delivery stays focused, aligned, and moving forward.

Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams

Lead initiatives including implementations, integrations, configurations, conversions, and production support within TPA or carrier environments

Build strong, trusted relationships across business, operations, and technology stakeholders

Serve as a central point of alignment, ensuring priorities, timelines, and expectations stay connected

Create structure, momentum, and visibility across a complex environment by keeping large, distributed teams of 30+ contributors across onshore and offshore functions aligned and moving forward

Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and key decisions across interdependent workstreams

Communicate clearly and consistently on progress, challenges, and next steps

Adjust plans as conditions evolve while maintaining accountability and delivery discipline

Foster a collaborative, professional environment that builds trust quickly with both clients and teammates

What We're Looking For

8+ years of program or senior project management experience in client-facing delivery roles

Strong experience within Life & Annuity insurance, Insurtech, or closely related financial services environments

Experience working with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) strongly preferred

Proven success leading large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives within enterprise client settings

Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, distributed teams

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Familiarity with project management tools and structured delivery practices

Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams (coding not required)
