Job Title: Program Manager, Data Retention Program
What we will accomplish together:
You will lead a strategic data governance and data retention program for a major organization. You will coordinate business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it!):
Lead a complex data governance program while aligning stakeholders, resources, and business objectives.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team including PMs and PCOs
- Ensuring alignment with data governance strategic objectives
- Managing communications and organizational change initiatives
- Building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and dependencies
- Managing risks, issues, and performance indicators
- Supporting the transition of deliverables to operational teams

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of project and program management experience
- Experience leading or coordinating other Project Managers
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with matrix resource management
- Experience delivering data-related projects
- Understanding of data warehousing technologies
- Excellent English communication skills
