Job Title: Program Manager, Data Retention Program

What we will accomplish together:

You will lead a strategic data governance and data retention program for a major organization. You will coordinate business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it!):

Lead a complex data governance program while aligning stakeholders, resources, and business objectives.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team including PMs and PCOs
• Ensuring alignment with data governance strategic objectives
• Managing communications and organizational change initiatives
• Building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and dependencies
• Managing risks, issues, and performance indicators
• Supporting the transition of deliverables to operational teams

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of project and program management experience
• Experience leading or coordinating other Project Managers
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with matrix resource management
• Experience delivering data-related projects
• Understanding of data warehousing technologies
• Excellent English communication skills
