Program Manager

About The Role The role drives cross-functional execution for complex technical programs, coordinating engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ship on aggressive timelines. Programs span cloud platform initiatives, system migrations, and product launches where misaligned dependencies are the primary risk.

This position matters because strategy without execution is expensive: the role turns roadmaps into sequenced plans, keeps stakeholders aligned, and surfaces blockers early so teams can move fast without breaking coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans for cross-functional initiatives, defining milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Coordinate across engineering, product, design, and GTM teams to align roadmaps and unblock execution
• Run planning rituals, including sprint scoping, risk reviews, and executive status reporting
• Build and maintain program dashboards in tools like Jira, Asana, or Airtable to track progress and escalation points
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, drive mitigation plans, and communicate tradeoffs to leadership
• Manage launch readiness: checklists, go/no-go criteria, rollback plans, and post-launch retrospectives
• Improve program management processes, templates, and documentation so best practices scale across teams

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of program or project management experience in a technology environment
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-team technical programs on schedule
• Fluency with agile development practices and tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents)
• Strong written communication: status reports, decision docs, and executive summaries that drive action
• Experience working with engineering leadership on scoping, resourcing, and dependency management
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: PMP or CSM certification, experience with cloud infrastructure programs (AWS, GCP, Azure), or SQL/data skills for building program metrics
