Program Manager

This employer is hiring for a Program Manager to support operational health and process improvement within their Engineering, Product, and Design teams. The role focuses on hands-on implementation and refining the processes that ensure team productivity and operational excellence.

The Role

• Own and improve processes for bug tracking, incident management, reliability, and escalations.
• Analyze operational health data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize operational health and progress.
• Design and implement process changes based on data-driven insights and identified gaps.
• Support planning activities, project tracking, and review processes for Engineering, Product, and Design.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager, with a strong understanding of engineering team operations.
• Experience managing operational health processes and using data to drive efficiency gains.
• Ability to translate data trends into actionable insights and implement necessary process changes.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and a tactical, execution-first orientation.
