Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Mount Laurel (Onsite – 4 days/week)

Visa: Only Visa Independent candidates and Local to Work Locations.

Job Overview

This is a Chief-of-Staff type role supporting IAM leadership, focused on governance, reporting, and program execution. This is a non-technical role requiring strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program governance and reporting
• Deliver executive-level presentations
• Track deliverables, KPIs, and roadmaps
• Identify and manage risks and escalations
• Facilitate meetings and drive decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies

Must Have Skills

• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Strong program management experience
• Ability to work independently
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge
• MS Office expertise (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet

Preferred Skills

• IAM domain knowledge
• Experience with Comcast or similar
• Tableau / Power BI
