Your Role And Responsibilities The VAMOSC Program Manager will oversee the overall delivery of the work performed on the program that includes the following key areas: Database Enhancement and Modernization, Special Analyses, Database Operations and Updates, IT Support, User Support, and VAMOSC-Advana/Jupiter Support. In addition to program manager duties, the VAMOSC PM also serves as the functional lead for the Military Personnel Data Products to ensure the continued collection, transformation, and accurate reporting of historical data.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, deliverables, meetings, and government coordination while supporting data quality, user requests, and documentation updates.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise 3+ years experience with program delivery across database modernization, special analyses, database operations, IT and user support, and VAMOSC‑Advana/Jupiter integration

5+ years experience supporting accurate collection, transformation, and reporting of historical data

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Familiarity with IBM PMO Systems and processes (Costpoint, IMAPS, IPWC, DS&P)

5 years in management consulting which includes experience in various aspects of DoD/DON financial operations with emphasis on financial policies, procedures and business rules - Familiarity and/or experience with ERP systems

Basic understanding of SQL; Business Intelligence; Data warehousing - Business Process Automation (BPA)

Familiar or experience with business process automation tools

PMP certification
