implementing and reporting on production productivity quality and customer service standards; identifying risks resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining improvements; implementing changeMeets Avangrid objectives by preparing Program Initiation and Program Management Plan executing plan requirements analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsDevelopment of On Boarding Training and Resource Retention PlanAchieve efficiencies by accepting responsibility and accountability for results accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the Avangrid organizationDevelop and execute a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas to target for improvementResponsible for planning monitoring appraising and reviewing and delivering the overall program and its activities in accordance with the goals of the organization In charge of handling all aspects of technical programs for their organizationInterfaces with the Executive sponsors business leaders and stakeholders to make sure all requirements capturedFocus on SPI and CPI performance indicators as decision driversOversight of schedulingcost controllers and activities This person will work with SMEs estimators and procurement present accurate project budgetsPreparing and completing action plans; initiating corrective actionsDevelopment of On Boarding Training and Resource Retention PlanWhat were looking for Bachelors degree in engineering MBA preferred1Ten 10 years or more in large scale projects Program Management for Utility businessProgram Management Professional Certification PgMP or Project Management Professional PMP CertificationProficient in Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint and WordMinimum five 5 years experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted Gas Hydro and OSGAbility to influence lead and manage change thoughtfully and positively Understands and identifies training or developmental needs of others and has the ability to design and establish new ways to support themStrong project management skills and a strategic perspective is requiredSupport and be part of a team environmentDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills including human resource management negotiations and communicationsMust demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills;
