US Citizen, GC or EAD only please The Project Manager manages projects utilizing project management process. Manages the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of development projects through the use of technical and/or cross-functional teams.
Typical projects are <20,000 hrs of development time. Involved in moderate to high-risk projects.
The primary role and responsibility of a Program Manager is to be fully responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects or programs from initiation/planning through Delivery of projects.
The Program Manager will oversee the projects managed by multiple project managers within one or multiple client accounts. The program manager will work with the customers, Client Directors, Project managers, functional/matrix managers and staff to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined Program Management guidelines/processes and client expectations.
Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Client Directors/Managers and the Delivery Lead Director to maintain the client relationship and mentor new project managers, as needed.
This position reports to the Delivery Lead Director or Director, Program Management or as otherwise stated.
BA and - 7 years relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of customer business functions and company practices. Understands importance/priority of project in overall business plans.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
