Job Title: Program Manager Location: Quantico, Virginia Rivet Operations Company is looking for a Program Manager (PM) to provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for contract operations supporting the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP). This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of contract performance in support of Marine Corps training exercises, operational planning events, and warfighting readiness initiatives. The PM serves as the primary interface between contractor personnel and Government leadership, including the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Program Management stakeholders.
The position ensures successful execution of training support requirements across all phases of Marine Expeditionary Force Exercises (MEFEX), including planning, preparation, execution, and feedback activities. This role requires strong operational leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams supporting mission-critical training events both at Marine Corps Base Quantico and remote exercise locations. Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage all aspects of contract performance supporting the MAGTF Staff Training Program (MSTP) and Marine Expeditionary Force Exercise (MEFEX) activities.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Corps operational training environments.
Qualifications• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management certification.
Security: Requires the applicant to possess and maintain an active secret security clearance for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Requirements:Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
