PROGRAM MANAGER-SOE PROGRAMS - (T235863)
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Engineering seeks a PROGRAM MANAGER-SOE PROGRAMS to manage undergraduate student recruitment and increase enrollment in UAB School of Engineering's undergraduate program. To coordinate student recruitment events, information sessions, and tours for prospective undergraduate students. Highly prefer demonstrated success working with middle school and high school students, transfer students, parents, and administrators.
Energetic, positive, focused individual needed. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION.
(Annual Salary: $45,395 - $73,770)
Bachelor's degree in undergraduate recruitment and enrollment management or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
Highly prefer demonstrated success working with middle school and high school students, transfer students, parents, and administrators. Energetic, positive, focused individual needed.

Ability to coordinate recruitment efforts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel for recruitment activities.
Ability to build and develop relationships with internal/external partners.
Excellent organizational skills.
