How you’ll make an impact in this role M&A Lifecycle Management: Lead the strategic integration or separation of technology assets, translating buyer/seller requirements into comprehensive, actionable execution plans.

Standards & Feasibility: Evaluate the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions while ensuring all program needs align with established company standards and cross-platform requirements.

Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with external partners and multiple tower project managers to analyze vendor proposals, manage third-party services, and resolve complex cross-technology issues.

Program Governance: Exercise full authority over program methodologies, budgets, and timelines, ensuring accurate financial tracking and formal approval for all scope or schedule changes.

Leadership & Mentoring: Serve as a lead resource for designated staff by providing mentorship, managing conflict, and delivering high-level status reporting to stakeholders.

Education What minimum requirements you’ll need High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
