We are looking for a high-impact

to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes,

  • Provide
  • *strategic consulting guidance**
on AI, automation, and SaaS investments, prioritizing high-impact, measurable outcomes over low-value initiatives.
  • Develop and validate
  • *bottom-up models**
for effort, cost, capacity, and scalability, including
  • *scenario planning and sensitivity analysis**

  • Shape and govern
  • *transformation portfolios**
, sequencing initiatives to maximize value realization and accelerate ROI.
  • Define and track
  • *ROI-driven KPIs and dashboards**
to ensure alignment between projected and actual value delivered.
  • Proactively
  • *course-correct programs**
that deviate from expected economic outcomes.
  • Identify and scale
  • *high-ROI use cases**
across functions, business units, and processes.
  • Leverage realized outcomes to build

  • *Required Experience & Mindset
  • Strong client-facing experience in roles such as
  • *Consulting Program Manager, Client Partner, Management Consultant, Engagement Lead, or Strategic Advisor

  • Proven track record of
  • *owning ROI, value realization, and economic outcomes**
across AI, automation, SaaS, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in
  • *Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement frameworks**
, with hands-on application in business process optimization.
  • Extensive experience in
  • *upfront discovery, business case creation, and investment decision-making (go/no-go frameworks)**
.
  • Strong capability in building
  • *bottom-up financial models**
, including effort estimation, cost structures, and capacity planning with
  • *scenario and sensitivity analysis**

  • Demonstrated ability to
  • *advise enterprise clients on AI and digital investments**
