About This Position
TAG is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead and manage contract operations supporting a federal acquisition and mission support program. This role is responsible for overseeing program management, market research, operational support, business analysis, and enterprise analytics activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to manage complex workflows while ensuring compliance with federal requirements and delivery timelines.
The Program
Manager will serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high-quality, data-driven support that enhances acquisition decision-making and supports small business participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for the CO, COR, and Government stakeholders
- Lead execution of procurement reviews, market research, and IPT support, including intake, assignment, and delivery
- Manage program performance through deliverable tracking, metrics, and service level oversight
- Oversee development of market research, RFI questionnaires, and acquisition support products
- Direct data collection, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to support decision-making
- Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all outputs
- Identify and mitigate risks related to workload, timelines, staffing, and data integrity
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and non-inherently governmental function boundaries
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and training while maintaining a right-sized labor mix
- Maintain stakeholder engagement, support surge requirements, and drive continuous improvement across operations
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting federal programs in program management, acquisition support, market research, or analytics
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven work environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience supporting data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Experience supporting VA or federal acquisition and small business programs
- Familiarity with procurement reviews, IPT processes, and acquisition strategy support
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar tools
- Knowledge of federal small business programs and regulations
