Easterseals is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to provide support and guidance to staff and individuals with intellectual disabilities as they learn important life skills such as communication and daily routines. As you build relationships with the people you support, you will share in the joy that they experience when learning a new skill that promotes independence in everyday life.

Qualifications

Must have compassion for others and the desire to support adults with disabilities
Must be able to work M-F (daytime)
Driving record in good standing
5 years’ minimum instructional experience in a day program setting
Demonstrated supervisory experience

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field
