ABOUT US MOREgroup is a family of architecture design and engineering brands that serve civic higher education K 12 and healthcare practice areas The facilities we bring to life are places where communities are cared for educated protected and connected We are proud to contribute to a strong social infrastructure where generations thrive At TSK we are all in for all who serve our communities With a dedicated focus on civic we believe design excellence is the key to creating buildings structures and communities that endure We aim to find balance between form and function to provide thoughtful and sustainable design solutions and to remain responsive to the needs of all users Some of the things you can expect working at MOREgroup Contributing to a fun energetic and entrepreneurial team within a growing companyTraining and development opportunities to support professional development and career growthHigh level of autonomy with exposure to a variety of areasMore opportunities and more resources to impact the communities we serve POSITION SUMMARY Were seeking a creative energetic and self motivated Project Architect to join our Henderson NV office In this role you will be responsible for developing creative design solutions providing technical knowledge to solve design and construction issues communicating priorities to both internal and external project teams and assisting the Project Manager in implementing the project work plan RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with owner and team to fully understand the individuality of the client project and development of the programmatic directionLead a team of Architects Project Associates Interior Design Associates and Planners to develop design solutions in collaboration with Directors of DesignMentor a team of technical and design oriented professionalsEnsure feasibility constructability and life safetycode requirements are metWork on project development in design phasesMaintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with Project TeamPrepare schematic and design development phase presentation materialsDevelop construction documentation and specificationsCreate develop and maintain BIM projects through all phases of projectCoordinate with consultants utilizing BIM 2D documentation and specificationsPrepare request for pricing review of shop drawings and support team in addressing RFIs during construction QUALIFICATIONS &
