Job Description
Project Coordinator – IGT Slot Upgrades Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity supporting IGT slot system upgrade implementations across multiple locations.
Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with the Project Manager to coordinate IGT slot system upgrade activities across multiple locations.
- Maintain and track 100+ project tasks per implementation in ServiceNow, ensuring tasks are assigned to the appropriate teams and completed on schedule.
- Proactively follow up with task owners, track dependencies and outstanding items, and escalate potential delays to the Project Manager.
- Gather stakeholder lists and coordinate with business, gaming, technical, and operational teams to support implementation readiness.
- Coordinate training, stakeholder communications, PC upgrade activities, meetings, and other project requirements as applicable.
- Participate in project meetings, track action items, and drive follow-up through completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and implementation information.
- Support implementations occurring over approximately two-week periods, with deployments generally scheduled about one month apart.
- Work proactively and independently, asking questions and identifying what is needed to keep projects moving forward.
- Quickly learn the client's IGT upgrade processes and customized ServiceNow workflows.
Qualifications
- Mid-to-senior-level project coordination, implementation coordination, or similar experience.
- Experience managing a high volume of tasks, stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow experience preferred but not required.
- Gaming, casino, slot system, or IGT experience preferred but not required.
- Multi-location technology implementation experience is a plus.
- This contract opportunity may extend through May 2027.
