Project Executive, Retail Construction

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Project Executive to lead large scale multi site construction store optimization and reinvestment program initiatives for a nationwide grocery retailer This role operates as a strategic partner to the client acting as an extension of their design and construction organization As part of a high performing program management team you will oversee multiple concurrent projects drive program performance and ensure successful delivery across schedule budget quality and client satisfaction metrics Based in Phoenix AZ this hybrid role includes 25 to 30 travel to project sites nationwide Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Leadership &

• Delivery Partner with senior client stakeholders to define program goals timelines budgets and resource strategiesLead and oversee complex multi site retail construction programs from planning through executionEnsure successful delivery across all key performance areas financials schedule quality and client satisfactionStrategic Planning &
• Execution Develop comprehensive program and project plans including risk identification staffing and contingency strategiesEstablish standards processes and reporting procedures to drive consistency and transparencyMonitor program performance and adjust plans proactively to meet evolving business needsFinancial &
