Sevan Multi Site Solutions is a veteran owned business that provides construction program management real estate & site development and architecture & engineering services for restaurant grocery fuel and convenience store retail and government sectors nationwide We work with leading brands like McDonalds Starbucks Sprouts and BP to name a few At Sevan we provide the talent technology and trusted expertise needed to consistently deliver excellence in multi site construction Sevan is nationally recognized for workplace culture industry leadership and safety Recent honors include 12 consecutive years as a Great Place to Work placement on ENRs national Program and Construction Management rankings recognition as one of Americas Safest Companies for 2025 and the 2025 Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award The Project Manager Construction Services leads construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout for our clients retail projects nationwide The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning coordination budgeting scheduling and execution This role requires strong leadership a deep understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead all preconstruction activities including estimating support scheduling logistics planning procurement strategy and constructability reviewsCoordinate with owners architects engineers consultants and stakeholders to finalize project scope design intent and execution plansReview negotiate and administer client subcontractor and vendor contractsLead and mentor project teams including assistant project managers project engineers and field staff fostering accountability and collaborationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleDevelop maintain and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project Primavera or similar scheduling softwareCoordinate project sequencing subcontractor activities material procurement and site logistics to ensure timely project delivery while proactively mitigating risks and delaysManage project budgets forecasting cost tracking and financial reporting to maintain profitabilityReview and approve subcontractorvendor invoices pay applications and change orders while controlling costs and minimizing scope creepProcure negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirementsOversee project quality control and ensure compliance with contract documents company standards and project specificationsConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress quality and safety performanceEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies while promoting a strong safety culture across all project teamsBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication regular progress updates budget reporting and issue resolutionLead project closeout activities including final inspections commissioning punch list completion turnover documentation warranties as built drawings and O&M manualsConduct post project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvementWork Conditions & Travel This position requires 50 of travel across the United States The remainder of the time the position will be held remotely or out of our Plano TX office in the Dallas Fort Worth area A highly collaborative environment that flourishes when individual and team contributions combine to achieve target goals and objectives Must be flexible adaptable and able to work with fluid schedules and working conditions Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Science Construction Management or related program5 10 years general contracting or facilities experience andor training;
