Requirements

Must have:

- Strong understanding of web concepts, digital architecture, and the WordPress environment.
  • Proficient in planning processes and project management tools.
  • Familiar with quality assurance processes.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with a capability to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and flexibility in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Good knowledge of web development processes (an asset).
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the comprehensive management of digital projects, from requirement analysis to launch.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and defined goals.
  • Gather and analyze essential information to align project launches with client business objectives.
  • Define project specifications while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Implement concrete actions to ensure project profitability by identifying and addressing financial issues early on.
  • Supervise task planning and assignment to optimize the use of human and material resources.
  • Develop realistic timelines that consider client needs and team capabilities, as well as other ongoing projects.
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions to overcome project constraints.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and maintain proactive, harmonious communication with the internal team.
  • Actively participate in planning meetings to share key information and foster a feedback loop aimed at optimizing internal processes.
  • Master and advocate for the companys solutions while identifying business development opportunities within projects.
  • Ensure quality deliverables, achievement of business objectives, and client satisfaction at every project stage.
