Python Backend Developer with Agentic AI Exp

Introduction:

This is a Full-Stack Engineering role, heavily focused on backend development (Python/Django/FastAPI) to build scalable, secure AI systems. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in Python, REST APIs, SQL, and Docker, and is passionate about deploying intelligent, enterprise-grade action flows beyond traditional LLM applications.

You will be pioneering the next generation of Agentic AI by developing platforms that enable Agent-to-Agent communication and autonomous decision-making using cutting-edge frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI.

Responsibilities:

Develop scalable, secure AI systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI

Design and implement REST APIs for efficient communication

Create system designs and implement Event Driven Architecture

Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)

Utilize Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment

Collaborate with frontend developers using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Python, Django, Fast API

REST API design and development

System design, Event Driven Architecture

SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)

Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines

JavaScript/TypeScript (basic proficiency); modern frontend frameworks
