Python Engineer - AI Agents

Requirements

Must have:

- We bring at least 2 years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or integrating complex systems.

• We have a track record of building and supporting production-ready software with clear modular design, such as separate services for parsing, logic, and reporting.
• We are proficient in at least two major programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java, and we have experience working with SQL databases.
• We have practical experience developing for real, non-simulated environments and managing multi-step system interactions.
• We demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and can deliver concise, high-value technical feedback on intricate system behavior.
• We have additional experience designing multi-stage coordination workflows where information gathering drives reasoned output.
• We have hands-on experience connecting agents to live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and other APIs to solve practical problems.
• We are comfortable implementing persistent state and session tracking using MEMORY.md to monitor agent progress.
• We can identify subtle issues such as privacy exposure, authority escalation, and indirect prompt injection.

Responsibilities:

- We help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback that improves AI agent performance.

• We work on projects that teach large language models to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
• We contribute to designing, coordinating, and refining complex real-world architectural workflows.
• We evaluate system behavior in live environments and provide detailed technical observations on performance and edge cases.
• We support efforts to improve orchestration, automation, and multi-step reasoning across agent workflows.
• We identify failures, risks, and security-sensitive behaviors in agent interactions and flag them clearly.
