Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python + Full Stack Developer to design and develop custom applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, full-stack development, and multi-cloud environments, primarily AWS.

The role will involve building custom applications, developing proof-of-concepts, and working with cloud technologies to deliver practical solutions based on business requirements.

This is a fully onsite position in Downtown Houston, TX, requiring 5 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications using Python and full-stack technologies.
• Build and integrate frontend and backend components based on business requirements.
• Develop APIs, services, and application integrations.
• Design, develop, and deploy applications in AWS and multi-cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into application solutions.
• Build and test proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and application ideas.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in the complete application development lifecycle, from POC through development and deployment.
• Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate POC development and software development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience developing custom applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience working with multi-cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and web application development.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate POC development and software development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and development tools.
• Experience using AI to rapidly prototype and validate application concepts.
