Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across backend development, frontend frameworks, database architecture, hardware communication protocols, and cross-platform scripting. This role requires someone who can independently own technical decisions, mentor junior developers, and deliver robust, scalable solutions across web, mobile, and embedded-adjacent platforms.

Requirements

🐍 Backend Development — Python

• 5+ years of Python development experience
• Proficiency with Flask – RESTful API design, middleware, blueprints, app factory pattern
• Proficiency with FastAPI – async endpoints, dependency injection, Pydantic models, OpenAPI documentation
• Strong experience with SQLAlchemy – ORM modeling, migrations (Alembic), query optimization, relationship mapping
• Understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT, API keys)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest)

🔌 Hardware Communication & Embedded-Adjacent Development

• Experience with I2C and SMBus communication protocols
• Familiarity with hardware adapters such as TotalPhase Aardvark or Promira

🖥️ Frontend Development — React + Kendo UI

• 3+ years of React development experience
• Hands-on experience with Kendo UI for React (or Kendo UI jQuery/Angular equivalent) — Grid, Scheduler, Charts, Form components; Theming and customization
• Strong understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand)
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant UIs
• Familiarity with build tools (Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn) Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $79,000/Annum

Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
