MWH is a leading water and wastewater treatment focused general contractor with a rich history dating back to the 19th century Fueled by the mission of Building a Better World our teams are rapidly growing across North America As a company committed to our teams well being and growth we offer a supportive work environment opportunities for advancement and the chance to contribute to a mission that shapes the future Your expertise and ambition are valued here The work we do matters The critical systems infrastructure we build changes lives betters communities and improves ecosystems If youre passionate about leading impactful infrastructure delivery we want to hear from you About the Role MWH is currently seeking a qualified Quality Control Manager ensures our quality control program meets industry standards is audited evaluated and continuously improved This position reports to the Vice President and is responsible for the oversight of other teammates This is a full time salaried exempt position The Quality Control Manager position will coordinate and implement quality management standards to maintain excellence in MWHs deliverables The Quality Control Manager will confirm that all project work is compliant with MWH and appropriate client standards and meets all specified requirements This position is critical in implementing effective quality management so that the project work is delivered to a high standard of quality that meets the requirements and expectations of the client organizations This position interacts throughout the organization internally Essential Functions Plan direct and supervise Quality Control functionManage standards around Quality throughout MWHImplement company quality control assurance program manual in compliance with company requirementsAs required by quality control program manual perform activities such as audits preparation of company standards notification to management of quality problems etcProvide administrative and technical direction to all personnel; includes personnel administration resolution of technical problems developmentapproval of in house training etcEnsure company standards as outlined in quality control assurance manual are effectively implementedEnsure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncomplianceReport to and work closely with the Project Manager and other members of the Project Managers office to confirm that all work is being delivered in conformance with MWH requirements and Clients specificationsManage and continually improve the Design Quality Management SystemEstablish track and report on trends for key quality metrics including customer satisfactionBasic Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering Construction Management or other related field required;
