Mon – Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Coordinate quality objectives and drive continuous improvement in assembly processes.
Analyze SPC data, PFMEAs, and process trends; implement solutions with manufacturing teams.
Facilitate quality improvement activities and support hands-on plant operations.
Lead projects, provide guidance to team members, and keep management updated.
Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years relevant experience (or extensive experience).
Knowledge of PFMEAs, GD&T, CMM, SPC/MSA.
Manufacturing experience; product knowledge of engines, axles, or transmissions is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Day-to-Day:
80% on the floor supporting operations, 20% in meetings.
Collaborate with day and night shifts to ensure smooth process flow and issue resolution.
