React Front End Developer - Java

We have partnered with our client in their search for a UI React Developer for a contract to hire position in NYC.

Experience:

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, coaching and mentoring experience demonstrated.
• Experience leading technology projects
• Experience managing technologists
• Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

Skills Required

• Web UI Development Experience working at code level using React.js (hooks, state management, context, Redux, etc.) 70-90% Front End development.
• Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, Mocha/Chai
• Experience building and supporting mission-critical, 24/7 applications Proficiency in modern programming languages (understanding of futures, promises, reactive programming)
• Hands on with AWS deployments is a plus
• TypeScript and JavaScript experience are pluses

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years Work Experience

Salary: $55-80/hr
