We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Python Engineer / OS Developer to join our innovative team at A5 Talent Finders. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering project aimed at developing a revolutionary operating system designed specifically for Senators and CEOs. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting and building a sophisticated platform that leverages cutting-edge technologies such as React/Next.js, Python/Django, AWS, and Postgres. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a robust, scalable, and intelligent system capable of managing complex information flows and providing real-time insights through advanced AI integrations.

• *Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Between 2 to 5+ years of extensive experience with React/Next.js, Python/Django, AWS, and Postgres.
• Strong understanding of RAG (Red, Amber, Green) systems and agentic AI technologies.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying complex, high-performance systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for innovation, technology-driven solutions, and making a meaningful impact in the world.
• *Responsibilities
• Design and develop the core operating system utilizing React/Next.js, Python/Django, AWS, and Postgres.
• Integrate RAG and agentic AI systems to deliver real-time intelligence and strategic insights.
• Create and optimize a real-time intelligence layer that connects executive calendars, legislative tracking, and stakeholder networks, providing comprehensive decision-making support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve system performance, security, and user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the OS remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Contribute to defining the technical architecture and establishing best practices for the development team.
• Participate in customer feedback loops to refine features and enhance usability based on user needs.
