Position Description:
Work in a fast-paced, service-oriented department
Work closely with customer team and end users for opening Work-Orders and Change Requests and following up with them on Intake Forms & Downtime.
Plan the deployment of automation scripts, prepare Release calendar and track changes
Document all changes along with workarounds and fixes
Responsible for automation of services through Shell Scripting, troubleshooting any issues
Ability to provide guidance to analysts on technical and process issues
Ensure procedures are followed and necessary approvals are obtained.
Follow SLA guidelines to complete assignments
Experience level: 10 years
Daily responsibilities
Work with the customer teams and end users for coordinating all changes.
Follow internal processes and compliance guidelines for day to day activities in regards to development and deployment of automation scripts and support
