Release Train Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our innovative technology environment. As a pivotal facilitator of Agile processes, the RTE will drive collaboration across multiple teams, ensure smooth program execution, and foster continuous improvement. • *Duties
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment of objectives across all teams within the ART
• Coordinate and synchronize activities among multiple Agile teams to deliver value efficiently and effectively
• Remove impediments that hinder team progress by working closely with stakeholders and management
• Track and report on ART performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvements
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting Agile best practices and innovative problem-solving techniques
• Collaborate with Product Management to manage backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure delivery commitments are met
• Support the integration of quantum engineering principles into project workflows where applicable
• *Skills
• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or similar Agile leadership role in complex environments
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, or Kanban
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage cross-functional dependencies effectively
• Technical expertise in quantum engineering or related advanced technological fields is highly desirable
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and fostering high-performing teams

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
