We are looking for a proactive, self-starting Application Support Engineer that can take direction and act decisively without constant guidance.
This role focuses on developing and maintaining Java/Spring Boot applications with an emphasis on API management (approximately 75% backend and 25% frontend) while working within AWS cloud environments to ensure reliability and scalability.
The position involves providing operational and support expertise, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, as well as collaborating on networking and tech management tasks related to AWS-hosted systems.
CST/EST time zone.

3–5 years in an Operations/Support role with hands-on development experience
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, API development and management, and AWS cloud services
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace or similar) and ServiceNow/Jira
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision Exposure to React Native for frontend support
