ClearSky Health is seeking an accomplished Corporate Controller to provide executive leadership over accounting and financial operations across our growing healthcare organization. What You’ll Lead
- Corporate accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts payable, payroll, treasury, and compliance.
- Month-end close, GAAP financial statement preparation, audits, lender reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Development and enhancement of accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable financial processes.
- Banking relationships, debt covenant compliance, and ASC 842 lease accounting.
- Financial partnership with executive leadership to support organizational performance and growth.
- Leadership, development, and mentorship of the accounting team, with a focus on accountability and continuous
What We’re Looking For
- CPA required.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams.
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred, ideally with a large regional or national firm.
- Healthcare finance experience required; inpatient rehabilitation or hospital experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in month-end close, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and executive-level business
