About the Opportunity
The Resource Management Specialist is responsible for managing the scheduling and staffing of resources firmwide to ensure balanced workloads and effective team assignments. This role supports operational decision-making through data analysis and partners with leadership to align staffing with business demands. It contributes to employee development by coordinating onboarding, training, and continuing education programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage firmwide resource scheduling and staffing to balance workloads
- Monitor utilization, availability, and capacity to identify staffing challenges
- Analyze scheduling and workforce data to support forecasting and decisions
- Collaborate with leaders to align staffing strategies with needs
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, training activities, and resource planning
- Organize continuing education programs, compliance tracking, and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience required; some college preferred
- 3-5 years in professional services with project management or HR experience, or 1-2 years in resource planning/coordinating
- Availability for overtime during busy periods
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Knowledge of public accounting is advantageous
- Strong time management, prioritization, analytical skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Preferred: Experience with resourcing software
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Hourly range: $25.19 to $33.65
- Final offer based on location, experience, skills, licensure, and business need
