Relay is transforming school-based Medicaid, and we’re looking for a RevOps leader to help scale the systems behind our growth.
Relay partners with K-12 school districts across the U.S. to simplify complex Medicaid workflows from service documentation to reimbursement so schools can reduce administrative burden, stay compliant, and focus on student outcomes.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role reporting to the CFO. You will own revenue reporting, pipeline management, and GTM systems across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will serve as the connective tissue between teams and data bringing structure, clarity, and insight to a consultative, compliance-driven sales motion.
· Build forecasting, dashboards, and reporting that guide GTM decisions.
· Manage and optimize tools like HubSpot and Gong Engage.
· Establish data governance across systems, including CPQ and contract management.
· Surface insights that improve win rates, retention, and overall funnel performance.
· Design and optimize end-to-end GTM processes across teams.
· Deep Salesforce ownership experience in a complex sales environment.
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
· Process-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
· Bonus: experience in public sector, education, or compliance-sensitive markets.
