About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Automation & Performance Tester
to support enterprise Salesforce applications by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce performance testing, test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for Salesforce applications.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing, including regression testing across UI, backend systems, APIs, components, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend application and infrastructure optimizations.
- Execute API performance testing for REST, SOAP, and GraphQL services.
- Validate Salesforce-to-Snowflake ETL/ELT pipeline performance and data processing efficiency.
- Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
- Prepare test plans, test summary reports, and requirements traceability documentation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure application quality, reliability, and scalability.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce performance testing experience.
- Strong experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and terminology.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce QA, including functional, non-functional, automation, and regression testing.
- Expertise with LoadRunner (Micro Focus/OpenText Performance Center), Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and integrating automation frameworks with Jenkins and GitHub.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying application, infrastructure, and network bottlenecks.
- Experience testing Salesforce-to-Snowflake ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and GraphQL API performance testing.
- Experience integrating automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
