Salesforce Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Proficient in developing software solutions, primarily within designated technologies - Strong knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Workflow, SOQL, SOSL, and API - Experience in customizing reports and dashboards - Familiarity with coding and testing tools such as Code Builder, Copado, AccelQ, GIT, and JIRA - Skilled in managing the technical development of software from inception to user acceptance, especially on high-risk projects affecting multiple departments - Ability to design steps and modules, define timelines, and troubleshoot issues - Capable of making technically informed decisions regarding solution direction with some guidance - Support and resolve issues on the production platform

Responsibilities:

- Create software solutions in alignment with our technology ecosystem standards - Provide in-depth expertise in Salesforce products tailored for the financial services sector - Customize and create insightful reports and dashboards - Oversee technical development from initial launch through user acceptance, including high-stakes projects across various departments - Design functional modules, outline project timelines, and identify and address challenges - Make informed technical decisions regarding solutions with appropriate supervision - Offer assistance and troubleshooting for the production environment
