: Salesforce Test Engineer
: REMOTE

Salesforce testing experience.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customizations.
Designing and executing test cases for Salesforce applications, both manually and through automation.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand Salesforce requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Test Case Development:Design, develop, and document test cases and test scenarios that cover various Salesforce functionalities, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Test Execution:Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications, including end-to-end testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Test Automation :Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools (such as Selenium, Salesforce Apex Test, or third-party automation frameworks).
Conduct performance and load testing of Salesforce applications to ensure they meet defined performance and scalability benchmarks.
Create and manage test data required for different testing scenarios, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and security.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defects. Provide status reports and updates to project teams and stakeholders.
Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and testing best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the testing lifecycle.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Salesforce Test Engineer or similar role, with a focus on testing Salesforce applications and integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and customizations.
Proficiency in designing and executing test cases for Salesforce applications, both manually and through automation.
Familiarity with test automation tools, scripting languages, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test, TestNG) is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce testing tools and accelerators (e.g., Salesforce DX, Metadata API) is beneficial.
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate defects effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Salesforce certifications related to testing (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are advantageous.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sandboxes, change management processes, and version control systems.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps practices can be beneficial.
