Hiring: SAP FICO R2R Lead | Remote (USA)
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Record-to-Report (R2R) Lead for a remote contract opportunity within the United States.

Notice Period: Immediate - 2 weeks (preferred)
Required Experience
- 7+ years of SAP FICO / R2R experience
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise
- Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting
- Experience leading Record-to-Report workstreams and finance transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Financial Closing Cockpit, ACDOCA (Universal Journal), Intercompany Reconciliation, Document Splitting, and Parallel Accounting
- Experience leading workshops, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional teams
Preferred
- SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM)
- Bank Account Management (BAM)
- Cash Management
- BW/4HANA or Fiori-based Finance Reporting
This role requires a senior-level SAP Finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience delivering SAP Finance transformation programs.
