This is a full-time on-site role for a Scale Operator located in Fayetteville, AR. The Scale Operator will be responsible for weighing incoming and outgoing loads, accurately recording data, communicating with customers and drivers, and addressing questions or concerns.
The role also includes ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Experience in recycling processes and knowledge of material types is highly desired
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Proficiency in computer literacy and basic software applications
Experience in recycling processes and knowledge of material types is preferred
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to assist and interact with customers effectively A strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and math skills
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
