Responsibilities:

Perform competitor analysis of products and technologies to provide inputs on service offerings

Provide key inputs architecture / validate technical aspects of proposals, product offerings

Requirement gathering, project scoping, resource planning, scheduling, quality planning, risk mitigation planning

Participate in client discussion, document problem definition, conduct diagnostic studies, bring in best practices and recommend solution alternatives

Formulate technical strategy, assist in product/ solution development, evaluate, review and approve design frameworks and methodologies

Create and review architectural decisions/ solutions and perform re-engineering of architecture, conduct compliance verifications, create/ develop reference codes, provide consultation on testing strategy and solutions

Create solution blueprint for deployment, support end-user training, resolve critical issues at live sites and fix critical architectural/ framework issues related to the product to meet the SLA and production support requirements

Lead technical discussions with client SMEs and stakeholders to provide technical differentiation to the relationship

Requirements:

In this role there is a specialization in security, with an emphasis on Identity Management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in information technology, computer science or a related field

Five years of work experience in architecting and designing Information Security solutions

Three years of work experience in architecting and designing Identity Management solutions, preferably on Oracle Identity Manager Platform

Development of an Identity strategy for the enterprise which includes long terms plans for identity provisioning, account policies, self-service, Identity & Access governance

Deep IT technical skills (information security solutions in detail, PKI, firewall, web gateways, file encryption, programming, support, Engineering Apps, infrastructure, workstations, network)

Exposure to single sign on design and implementation

Excellent spoken and written interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in gathering business requirement and translate to technical requirement.

Experience with setting up Workflows, Roles, Provisioning Policies, Lifecycle Rules, ACLs and Organization Structures in IDM systems

Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management

PCI / Sarbanes Oxley compliance and reporting
