Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience in AI engineering and machine learning techniques - Proficiency in deep learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python - Familiarity with healthcare applications of AI is advantageous - Expertise in Prompt Engineering and conversational AI - Ability to analyze data effectively and derive actionable insights - Strong collaborative skills to work across diverse teams

Responsibilities:

- Lead the complete lifecycle of AI product development, from concept to deployment - Utilize advanced techniques in AI to create tailored solutions that cater to individual needs - Develop and enhance machine learning models aimed at promoting positive behavioral changes - Analyze member behavior continuously to guide product enhancements and inform the roadmap - Partner with clinical, medical research, business analytics, and engineering teams to create impactful AI-driven experiences - Manage additional responsibilities as they arise
