Requirements
Must have:
- We require a bachelors degree from an accredited institution in software engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience combined with education, along with 4+ years of professional experience.
- We need demonstrated knowledge of sensor discrimination and object classification.
- We require hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and documenting complex mathematical algorithms.
- We need experience analyzing complex algorithms and software performance using metrics and visualizations.
- We require strong problem-solving ability, including the skill to investigate system behavior, identify root causes, and recommend effective fixes.
- We need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a highly dynamic setting.
- We require the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including systems engineering, integration and test, deployment, and warfighter support.
- We require an active DoD Final Secret Security Clearance.
- We require U.S. citizenship for consideration due to the security clearance requirement.
Responsibilities:
- We design and develop new algorithms for the C2BMC Track Server application.
- We analyze, validate, and assess the performance of existing algorithm designs.
- We support software testing and resolve issues across multiple baselines.
- We provide detailed technical analysis and support for systems software products, including complex problem resolution.
- We work from system specifications to develop or modify operating system applications.
- We assist with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
- We collaborate with other system support groups to ensure smooth integration and mission success.
- We create software design artifacts and support design and code reviews.
