Senior Data Engineer - Python, SQL

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field - Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, design, development, and delivery - Strong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, and data management tools - Familiarity with data engineering best practices and integration methodologies - At least 2 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD - A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Git and Python - Proven ability to work within Agile teams, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and provide secure, high-quality data solutions - Design and construct scalable data pipelines for both batch and streaming ingestion utilizing cloud technologies - Create low-level design artifacts, including data mappings - Execute data transformations, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments - Engage in code reviews while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices - Deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems using Agile methodologies
