Requirements
Must have:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph - Masters Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field - Over 7 years of experience in developing and managing analytic models and tools, preferably in a security context; or over 10 years in lieu of a Masters or over 15 years in lieu of a Bachelors - Expert knowledge of data analytics and data science principles - Extensive collaboration experience with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements - Demonstrated leadership in process improvement initiatives and policy development - Mastery in data visualization and dashboard creation - Exceptional skills in transforming complex data into clear visuals and reports - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Direct experience with risk-scoring models or predictive analytics - Proven cross-functional collaboration skills - Proficient in creating visual content such as charts and graphs - At least 2 years of experience with Geospatial Information Systems tools like ArcView, ArcGIS, etc. - Coding experience in programming languages such as Java and Python - Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Tableau, and Redmine for data visualization
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and sustain advanced analytic models and tools to address insider threats - Collaborate with project stakeholders and managers to clarify and refine business objectives - Manage the business operations and policy development lifecycle as a subject matter expert - Create and maintain sophisticated risk-scoring models and data analytics tools - Communicate complex analyses through visuals, dashboards, and executive reports - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of captured data related to key performance indicators
