Senior DevOps Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expert‑level experience in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ADO Pipelines to join our dynamic team. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, works independently, and is passionate about building robust, scalable infrastructure to support a modern SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) across multiple environments.
• Design, automate, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline deployments and enhance developer productivity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
• Establish and promote best practices for source control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance for production systems.
• Mentor team members and champion DevOps practices across the organization.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks with minimal oversight. Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Azure DevOps, ADO Pipelines, and automation tools.
• Deep familiarity with Azure cloud services, including provisioning, configuring, and managing resources at scale.
• Extensive experience with Azure network controls (VNets, NSGs, firewalls, private endpoints, etc.) and security best practices for cloud networking.
• Demonstrated expertise in hosting, deploying, and managing web applications within Azure, including App Services, Azure Front Door, and related services.
• Strong experience with Azure infrastructure, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python), and IaC (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, etc.).
• Proven ability to work independently in a startup or fast‑moving environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of security, monitoring, and logging best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
