About:
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to automate infrastructure, streamline Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensure high availability across production environments. As a senior leader in our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure that meets the needs of our business.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
- Expertise in cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python, with experience using monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment of our software applications.
- Implementing infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform to ensure consistent and reproducible infrastructure environments.
- Developing and maintaining observability and alerting strategies to provide real-time insights into our infrastructure and applications.
- Driving incident management processes and promoting a post-mortem culture to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
