Senior Full Stack Developer – Python & React.js/DevOps - CI/CD

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Python-based back-end development and React.js front-end engineering. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance UIs using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries with cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Implement business logic, data processing, backend services, and third-party API integrations.

• Ensure application security, authorization, and data protection best practices.

• Design and manage relational/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Write efficient queries and manage database schema migrations.

• Support enterprise system and cloud platform integrations.

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and troubleshoot production issues.

• Lead a small team of 5–6 members and support Technical Program Management.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, UX/UI Designers, and developers.

• Participate in code reviews, development standards, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Docker and Kubernetes.

• Authentication/authorization: OAuth2, JWT, SSO.

• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

• Agile delivery experience.

• Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability patterns.
