Senior Full Stack Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience developing enterprise-grade applications with Java and Spring Boot - Hands-on front-end development experience with Angular - Strong background in database modeling and performance tuning with MySQL and PostgreSQL - Experience designing distributed systems that are highly available and resilient - Familiarity with Kubernetes and container-based deployment environments - Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automated release pipelines - Knowledge of secure software engineering practices - Experience with API design and systems integration - Ability to improve application performance and scale complex platforms - Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows or AI-powered product features - Strong engineering foundations, analytical problem-solving skills, and accountability - Willingness to keep learning and adapt to emerging technologies

Responsibilities:

- Build and enhance scalable full-stack web applications for real estate technology platforms - Develop enterprise software solutions that support listing management, search, analytics, and marketing automation - Contribute to the design of reliable, high-performance systems that manage large, real-time datasets - Work across the stack using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and modern database technologies - Support cloud-native deployments and help maintain highly available Kubernetes-based environments - Improve automation, observability, resilience, and security across the platform - Participate in API development, integration work, and performance optimization efforts - Help integrate AI into internal development processes and customer-facing product capabilities - Collaborate with our team to shape platform direction and deliver meaningful product improvements
