Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, SQL Server)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Position Summary
This role combines expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, Python-based services and APIs, and React-based user interfaces to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
This individual will also be the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, identifying opportunities, defining requirements
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
- Build scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, schemas, stored procedures, views, and queries.
