The Role

• Develop and support distributed systems in cloud-native environments
• Own meaningful projects from design through deployment
• Collaborate closely with product, mobile, embedded, machine learning, and data teams
• Contribute to a platform that directly impacts user health and performance
• Focus on scalability, reliability, and observability of systems
• Engage in hands-on engineering and team collaboration

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years focused on backend engineering or site reliability engineering
• Experience building and supporting distributed systems
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, and observability
