• We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and working knowledge of React. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently owning features end-to-end, from requirements analysis through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• The role requires close collaboration with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation recommendations.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Support production releases and troubleshoot issues when required.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical solutions effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills (Primary – 70%):

• Strong hands-on experience in Java
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
• Experience with distributed systems and enterprise application development
• Strong understanding of software design principles and development best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile delivery methodologies

Secondary Skills (30%):

• Working knowledge of React
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Nice to Have:

• Architecture and solution design experience
• Experience defining application/repository structures and technical standards
• Insurance domain experience
• Cloud platform experience (AWS) is a plus

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on engineering background with the ability to contribute to coding activities
• Ability to independently own features and drive them to production
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with Product Owners and stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.89/hour - $45.15/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
